Online Appointments

How to be prepared…

  • Be in a private space with minimal background noise
  • Use a secure internet connection that you trust to help assure confidentiality.
  • Connect to ethernet of a strong, private WiFi signal.
  • Use the latest version of your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
  • Run a test prior to session to ensure your device is connected properly.
  • Close other browser tabs that are not in use.
  • Consider using headphones to avoid voice echo during sessions.

In-Person Appointments

Cancellations & Rescheduling

When cancelling and rescheduling appointments please be mindful of our cancellation policy as you will be charged cancellation fees. A customary cancellation fee will be automatically generated for booked appointments with “no show” status (no prior notification of cancellation) at $150.00. For appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice prior to appointments, a late cancellation fee of $50.00 will be generated. Please contact your provider directly if you need any assistance.
