Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder Assessment

  1. Diagnostic interview
  2. Review of existing client records
  3. Intelligence Testing
  4. Neuropsychological Testing
    • Attention – computerized and direct testing, rating scales
    • Executive Functioning supplemental tests
  5. Behavior/emotional/social screening if indicated
  6. Clinician feedback of results to parents and client
  7. Comprehensive written report (typically 10-16 pages)
